Returns & Exchanges

At Jersey Fashion, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.
Cooling-off Period & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to withdraw (part of) your order within 14 days. Exceptions include custom-made products such as cut-to-size fabrics or tailored garments.
Return Conditions
- Returns are possible within 14 calendar days after receipt of your order (see exceptions**).
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and sufficiently prepaid.
- Return requests must be submitted in writing via email or post, stating your full name and invoice number.

** Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fabrics cut to size
- Products made specifically for you
- Magazines or personalized items
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. We may require your bank account number and/or IBAN. Customers outside the Netherlands must also provide their IBAN and BIC. The account number must match the original payment account to prevent fraud. If the payment was processed via the payment providers: CM Payments, Mollie or PayPal, the refund will be made via the same payment provider and method.
Returns Based on Color, Weight, Width & Images
We do our best to display colors and designs accurately. Please note:
- Colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting or resolution; returns based on color deviation are not accepted.
- A tolerance of +/- 10% applies to all listed fabric weights and widths.
- Images are for inspiration only and may differ from the actual product.
Liability & Complaints
- Gema Fashion is not liable for typographical errors, price changes or damage due to unreasonable use of products.
- We are not liable in cases of force majeure, such as supplier disruptions, transport issues or technical failures.
- Please check your delivery address carefully. Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt, clearly described.
- Minor deviations in color, size, weight, design or finish are permitted and do not constitute grounds for claims.
Claims & Warranty
- Claims after fabric has been cut will not be accepted.
- Costs for processing (e.g. garment production) will not be reimbursed.
- In case of justified complaints, Gema Fashion reserves the right to credit, repair or replace the item within 30 days.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item.
- Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
- For deliveries to third parties, the customer is responsible for correct receipt of the intended material.
