By placing an order with Jersey Fashion (Gema Fashion VOF), you unconditionally agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all transactions made through our websites.

2. Prices & Payment

- All prices are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

- Typographical errors reserved.

- Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bancontact, bank transfer or other methods via CM Payments, Mollie or PayPal.

- Please include your order number with bank transfers.

- Orders are processed only after payment is received.

3. Delivery & Shipping

- Orders are shipped via PostNL, Hermes, DHL or DPD depending on size, weight and destination.

- Letterbox delivery is used for small items; parcel delivery for items over 2 kg or thicker than 3 cm.

- All parcels include Track & Trace and may require a signature.

- Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs or peak periods are beyond our control.

- Additional charges (customs, import duties) for non-EEA countries are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

- You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Exceptions:

- Fabrics cut to size

- Custom-made products

- Magazines or personalized items

Returns must be requested in writing and sent back unused, in original packaging, and sufficiently prepaid.
